Acceptance of terms.

By downloading, installing, or using the Kanch Glass Invoice Maker application ("Kanch", "the App", or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of service.

Kanch is a glass-industry invoice tool. The Service provides:

• Professional invoice creation with industry-specific calculations.
• Mixed-fraction inches and millimetre measurements.
• Excel-like 15-column grid for invoice line items.
• PDF generation with company branding.
• Company profile with logo, GST, and banking details.
• Real-time cloud sync across web, mobile, and desktop.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

User accounts & registration.

3.1 — Account creation

To use Kanch you'll provide accurate, complete information including:

• A valid email address.
• Company name, address, and contact details.
• (Optional) GSTIN and banking details for PDF invoices.

3.2 — Account security

You are responsible for activity under your account. You agree to:

• Use strong, unique passwords.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
• Log out from shared or public devices.

3.3 — Accuracy

Keep your account information accurate, current, and complete. Out-of-date company details on a PDF can cause real downstream problems.

License & restrictions.

4.1 — License grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Kanch for your business purposes.

4.2 — You agree NOT to

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Remove or modify copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Use the App for illegal or unauthorised purposes.
• Share account credentials with unauthorised parties.
• Attempt to access systems or other users' accounts.
• Send spam, malware, or harmful content via the App.
• Violate applicable laws or regulations.

Data & privacy.

5.1 — Collection

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to such collection and processing.

5.2 — Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5.3 — Backups

While we provide cloud sync, you are responsible for keeping local backups of critical data. We don't guarantee against data loss and recommend regular exports of invoices you depend on.

Intellectual property.

6.1 — Our rights

Kanch — its design, code, content, and functionality — is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 — Your content

You retain ownership of content you create using the App (invoices, customer records, glass catalog). You grant us a license to store, process, and transmit this content only as needed to provide the Service.

6.3 — Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share about the App may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

Limitations of liability.

7.1 — No warranties

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
• Non-infringement of third-party rights.
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Accuracy or completeness of calculations.

7.2 — Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Termination.

8.1 — By you

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account-deletion feature in the App.

8.2 — By us

We may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service.
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Abuse or misuse the Service.

8.3 — Effect

Upon termination your right to use the App ends immediately. We may delete your account data after a reasonable grace period, though we are not obliged to.

Modifications to terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes are announced through the App or via email. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
